Hermes Launches Social Networking Site Dedicated to Scarve Lovers

The luxury brand HERMES, has launched a new website exclusively dedicated to its luxury scarves following the footsteps of Burberry’s “Art of The Trench” site. The web site goes by the name “J’aime Mon Carre” which means “I love my Scarf” in French. The site features young trendy girls wearing scarves as turbans, belts and even bras.
The new site is split up into capital cities, showing photos and videos of girls in the streets of London, Tokyo, New York and Paris each with their inspired scarve look.
The aim of the new site is to bring the brand online and reach a younger trendy clientele as well as mark the collaboration between Hermes and the über-cool French concept store Colette. The two have got together to create a special collection of Hermes scarves that will hit Colette store shelves in September.
The J’aime Mon Carre web site is also connected to Facebook where the page has already been liked by over 150,000 people.
Check out J’aime Mon Carre and let us know what you think.
